Responsibilities:

• Gain an understanding of each client’s financial goals and concerns
• Educate clients on all the products and options available to reduce taxes, increase cash flow, and set up succession/exit strategies
• Develop strategies that allow clients to reach their financial goals over a certain time horizon
• Build, lead and inspire your own team of associates

• Integrity and strong sense of ethics
• Life and/or health insurance license (we assist if you aren’t currently unlicensed)
